We can help you add value to your site through subdivision. With high land values and a buoyant property market many are looking to maximise the value of their site. The unitary plan is also opening up opportunities for intensification throughout Auckland.
Obtaining a Resource Consent can be a daunting process. Getting your dream home or renovation can appear to be so close until a wall of bureaucracy stands in your way. At Code we are resource consent experts and our knowledge of the process can save you significant time cost and stress.
We understand the critical aspects in commercial development and obtaining consents. We are happy to work with your existing project team or we have a great network of experts we can bring together to ensure a quality process. We know how the Council works and how to get the most out of your site.
A great starting point to any project is to understand the potential of your site. Many of our clients use this service when buying or selling property or when undertaking due diligence. Understanding the potential of your site under the Unitary Plan and the Operative Plan will enable you to make informed decisions
We know the areas where intensive development will be supported and can help you with finding an appropriate site, establishing a design team and successfully obtain resource consent.
